Customer Satisfaction Promise and Guarantee
1) If I am unable to answer my phone or respond to email at the moment you contact me, I will return your phone call or email within 24 hours. My phone number and email address are listed on most pages of this site for your convenience. 2) The information I provide you upon your initial contact will be specific, informative, and something that you can use to make your chartering decision with confidence. I know and appreciate my skills and abilities and I will not steer you into something I am not completely comfortable with. 3) I will provide you, upon request, references and contact information so that you may contact previous clients individually to hear first-hand, and independent of me, about their adventure and experience on their charter. 4) If I am unable to accommodate your wishes, expectations, or desired dates I will provide you with appropriate referrals to other guides whom I know and trust that can best meet your goals. 5) I will provide, upon request, a list of area hotels, motels, lodges, and campgrounds that you may use to secure accommodations while visiting the local area. I will also include contact information, rate information and any available discounts you may use that I have secured on your behalf. 6) Upon receipt of your deposit and confirmation of your booking, you will receive within 24 hours a written confirmation with all necessary details of your trip outlined in writing. You will have clear and exact details regarding charter date, unpaid balance, payment of balance and cancellation policies. 7) On your charter date, my boat will be in the water and ready to depart at the scheduled time. The boat will be clean, stocked as necessary and in good working condition. If it is not, the reason will be explained. If our departure is delayed, your charter will still run the full amounted time, or longer, unless you decide to end early. 8) While on the water, I will provide all the necessary tackle, instruction and knowledge required in order for you to do you part in the angling of a fish. 9) I will be courteous, enthusiastic and ready to work for you. I will do whatever I believe to be in my power to find, pursue, catch, land, and release a fish for you. 10) At the conclusion of your trip, I will thank you for spending your time with me and provide you with a receipt of final payment. Upon request, I will provide you with any necessary directions to your next destination and answer any questions you may have. These are my promises and guarantees. It is my intention to deliver complete and total customer satisfaction on things within my control. These are rules that I guide myself by, because I know that if you are happy with my service, I will see you again in the future. If I fail to deliver any of the above pledges to you, I will take immediate steps to appease your concerns. |
